Wind W 20 to30 knots, Course NE,Speed 5 to 8 knots, Position 22° 19' S by 110° 37' W Some of you are wondering why I'm sending back so many portraits. We often talked about how psychologists could interpret them over the years to see how I coped. Really we are trying to change the front page on our website. It's time to change the face of man on the sea. Fred, our webmaster somehow couldn't use the last pics I sent. I'm trying again. I hope this pic works because I have to be careful how much time and electricity I use on the computer. I hear he and other friends are doing a great job, but I have no internet access out here so I can't see. There are no signs of civilization at all even though it feels more civilized because the weather is becoming more kind. We are lucky to have a nice following wind from the W, when at this latitude we should be having winds from the E. I continue on with my best equanimity. Reid  |
